If your dog got out tonight, could a stranger call you?
Make a QR tag for your dog or cat. Anyone who finds your pet scans it with a phone camera and gets one big button: call the owner. No app, no account, no monthly fee. We never store your phone number.
Fill in the name and phone to see your tag.
How it works
1. Make it
Type a name and a phone number. The QR code is made right here in your browser.
2. Print it
Print one QR at tag size, or send the SVG file to a sticker or tag printer. It stays sharp at any size.
3. A finder scans it
Any phone camera opens a page with your pet's name, a Call button, a Text button, and a "send my location" button.
Two more things for a dog that roams
The vet bill after the scare
Lost dogs come home with cut pads, bites and hit-by-car bills. A pet insurance quote takes a few minutes, and it is best done before you need it.

Paws that cover the miles
Hot pavement, road salt and trail grit crack pads. PawsBalm is the small-batch balm we make for exactly that.

Where is my phone number stored?
Inside the QR code only. The code holds a link to our scan page with your pet's details after a "#" mark. Browsers never send that part to a server, so we never see or save it. There is no list of owners anywhere.
What does the finder see?
Only what you typed: your pet's name, the phone number, and your note. Nothing else.
My number changed. What do I do?
Make a new tag here and print it. Old tags keep showing the old number, the same as an engraved tag.
Does this replace a microchip?
No. A tag is the fast way home because anyone can read it. A microchip needs a vet or shelter scanner. Use both.
Is it really free?
Yes. No account, no subscription, no "premium" tier.
